Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Mohammad Albaddawi, trading as reSnap, of [REGISTERED POSTAL ADDRESS] ("we", "us"), for your use of clean365 ("the app"). By downloading or using clean365 you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms are the end user licence agreement for clean365. We do not use the standard licence offered by any app store; this is the licence that applies.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use clean365 on devices you own or control, for your own use, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

Free features and clean365 Pro

clean365 is free to download and includes generous cleanup tools. clean365 Pro unlocks unlimited use of premium features, offered either as a subscription or as a one-time purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your store account settings. When you subscribe, the applicable charge is confirmed at purchase.

A one-time purchase is not a subscription: it is charged once at confirmation, does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.

Payments are processed by the stores under their own terms. Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.

Acceptable use

Use clean365 lawfully and only on content you have the right to manage. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or the services it connects to, and do not use it to process content that is not yours.

Your content and deletions

You are responsible for your own photos, videos and contacts, and for reviewing what clean365 suggests before you confirm a cleanup. clean365 removes items through your operating system. On iOS they are held in Recently Deleted for 30 days before they are gone for good. On Android they are removed from the device immediately, with no holding area to recover them from.

Treat every deletion as permanent. Always keep your own backup of anything you cannot afford to lose. We cannot recover removed items for you on either platform.

Service provided as is

clean365 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to detect junk accurately, but automated matching is not perfect, and you remain in control of every deletion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost media or data arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using clean365 and delete the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

If you downloaded clean365 from the Apple App Store

The terms in this section are required by Apple whenever a developer supplies its own licence instead of Apple's standard one, and they apply in addition to everything above. Where they conflict with anything else in these terms, this section wins for App Store copies of the app.

This agreement is between you and us only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for clean365 and its content.

Your licence to use clean365 is a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that clean365 may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

We, not Apple, are solely responsible for any maintenance and support for clean365. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for it.

We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If clean365 fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to clean365.

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to clean365 or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that it fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

If a third party claims that clean365 or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using clean365.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and on your acceptance of them Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the date below and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use clean365 after an update means you accept the revised terms.
