clean365 works without an account. Every scan, every match and every deletion happens on your phone, and if you never sign in and never subscribe, the app sends no personal data off your device at all.
Almost everything the app holds is on your device only: your keep-list, your settings, your Secret Library, your cleanup history and the contact backups clean365 writes into its own private storage. None of it is synced to an account, and uninstalling the app removes it. So if you have never signed in, there is nothing on a server for us to delete.
If you did create an account, this page explains how to delete it and everything stored under it. You do not need to install the app to ask.
All three do the same thing. Use whichever is easiest — you only need one.
The fastest way to erase everything is in the app: Settings, then Delete Account. This route needs clean365 installed and you signed in.
Open the account page, sign in with the email address and password you signed up with, and choose Delete Account. Nothing to install.
Write to support@clean365.app from the address you signed up with and we will handle it for you.
Deleting your account removes your account record, your subscription record and anything stored under it, and cannot be undone. Check you are signed in to the right account before you confirm.
Signing in creates very little, so there is not much to remove. When a deletion runs, all of this goes:
The order is deliberate: the stored files go first, then the rows above, then the account itself. It is immediate, and it is irreversible — there is no separate step in which we review the request and no state in which the account is only half deleted and recoverable.
The deletion runs against the account that asked for it and no other. Which account that is comes from your signed-in session, so there is no way to point it at somebody else's.
Your keep-list, your settings, your Secret Library and your cleanup history are all stored on your device only. So is the .vcf contact backup clean365 writes into the private storage of the app on your device. Anything held on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Deleting your account does not touch any of it, because none of it was synced to the account in the first place. Uninstalling clean365 is what removes it.
Records of a purchase held by Apple, Google and our payments provider are kept under their own terms and the tax and accounting rules that apply to them, which is typically several years. Those records are outside our control.
Deleting your account removes our record of a subscription. It does not cancel the subscription itself. Manage or cancel clean365 Pro from your store account: on iOS, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store › Subscriptions.
The periods below are the ones set out in the Privacy Policy.
Your account record and subscription status are kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, they are erased immediately and any residual copies in our provider's routine database backups roll off within 30 days.
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short operational window and in no case longer than 30 days.
We answer rights requests within 30 days, and within 45 days for requests made under California law. That is the deadline that applies if you ask us by email rather than deleting the account yourself.
clean365 is published by Mohammad Albaddawi, trading as reSnap, of [REGISTERED POSTAL ADDRESS]. That entity is the data controller for the account data described on this page, and it is who answers a deletion request.
Supabase provides our authentication, database and hosting, in ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo). RevenueCat processes subscription receipts on our behalf.
